The actual time for producing a video depends on the video treatment and video type. If producing video involves production or live-shoot, the minimum time it takes to complete is 3 weeks. It takes 5-7 weeks to produce a standard brand video from concept to delivery. It may take up to 8 weeks and even longer to complete depending on the complexity of production in terms of the numbers of actors, locations involved in the production. For example, it takes longer to produce training videos due to the final video's length than it would to produce an event highlight video or a product promotion video.

This is never a simple answer to give. A range of factors determine the cost of a production driven video like the scope of the project; pre-production: scripting, concept; production costs which are determined by locations, days needed to shoot, the artists involved, the equipment, the crew size and the post-production: final length of video, the number of languages in which video deliverables are required, narration, audio mixing etc.

The approval process at Crixcle is very well structured. Your involvement at every step from script finalisation to selecting the right voiceover talent for your video to editing, helps us ensure you get the video you've always wanted. For each stage, we give two rounds of feedback and move from one stage to the next only if you've approved the previous stage.

Two opportunities for feedback are almost always sufficient if you've shared clear and detailed feedback. But in the rare cases, where more revisions are required, for example; another stakeholder feedback is essential to incorporate, we can offer a charge based on the complexity of the feedback.

We are a full service video production company so we like to handle an entire project from ideation to planning, storyboarding, onsite video production and post. If you don't need us for each phase, we can partner with you to service portions of a project such as just shooting and delivering footage or just editing.

Collaboration is key to producing a good quality video and we appreciate your involvement. At the project start, you are required to fill up a detailed questionnaire for sharing the video requirements. Beyond the detailed brief at the project start, we mostly require your inputs at different feedback stages.

We understand that you trust our creative abilities for your project and that's why you've hired us. So, rest assured that your inputs will be incorporated throughout the project and we will involve you when necessary. As professionals, micromanaging will only hinder the creative process.

Crixcle follows a streamlined video production process. We believe in being flexible to cater to the unique requirements of your project. The crew size is mostly 4-5 people consisting of a director/ producer, sound engineer, production assistant(s), and a Director of Photography. Sometimes, additional production personnel such as production coordinator could be added to the production crew. Apart from the production crew, we ensure to gather a team of specialists including voiceover artist, talented actors and models.

Once that is done, we share a detailed proposal with clear project milestones. After you/ your management approves the proposal, we share a Video Services Agreement along with an invoice for 50% of the total amount. The project kicks off soon after the agreement is signed and advance is received.
